PROBLEMS DUE TO STRESS

By stressing out yourself, you are making yourself sick. You can never be happy if you don't let go your stress. There have been many studies, which show that stress causes health problems. Stress causes your problem and that problem causes you more problem. Know few problems that may because of stress.



1.  Heart Problems: People who are always stressed have a high chance of getting high blood pressure, and other heart problems. Stress directly increases heart rate and blood flow causes the release of cholesterol and triglycerides. Sometimes sudden emotional stress can cause serious cardiac problems.

2. Physical Pain: Sometimes if you are too much stressed over something, you will find yourself having headaches and other bodily pain.

3. Diabetes: Stress increases glucose levels of type 2 diabetes directly. Stress might create unhealthy eating and living pattern, which might be the cause of diabetes.

4. Asthma: People with asthma will worsen their health condition with stress. Studies also show that parent’s chronic stress might increase the risk of asthma in their children. 

5. Obesity: Stressing causes an increase of hormone cortisol, which increases the fat in the abdomen. 

6. Digestive Problems: Over stressing can cause chronic heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome. It also worsens ulcers.

7. Depression and Anxiety: People who have a stressing job, relationship, family, school or any other problems have a high risk of getting depression and anxiety problem.

8. Premature Aging: Researches show that stress accelerates aging about 9 to 17 additional years.

9. Sleep Problems: Some over stressing people find themselves hard to sleep, while others find themselves feeling sleepy and fatigue all the time.

10. Weight Problems: Some people lose weight as they don’t feel like eating or drinking. But some people might gain weight as they will feel like their best food with lots of calories to reduce their stress.
